Rose recently joined New World Security Services in May 2024 as the Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to joining NWSS, Rose was working for Minerva Risk Advisors and CareNet Africa (Pvt) Ltd. Rose has over 20 years’ experience in Pensions and Human Resources Management combined. She holds a Bachelor of Management Degree in Human Resources Management from Zimbabwe Open University and Master of Business Administration Degree from the National University of Science and Technology. She is also a holder of a Diploma in Insurance, (IIZ) and a Diploma in Personnel Management (IPMZ). She is currently studying towards a Diploma in Labour Law, Conciliation and Arbitration.
